KAA GENT
KAA GENT
125 Jaar

On October 31, football club KAA Gent celebrated its 125th anniversary. The club is celebrating this milestone with great fanfare. The icing on the cake is this book. On the one hand, it is a history book about registration number 7, with stories, testimonials, and dozens of unique photos from the distant and not-so-distant past. But it is also a book about the old and new identity of KAA Gent. True to the stubborn character of the Buffalos, it has also become a book about the future.

A book that looks back on 125 years of the club’s history to create an image that will put the club even more on the map in the coming years. Many Buffalos worked together on this book. Anecdotes were shared, photos collected, stories told.
In short: this is truly a book by, for, and about Buffalos.
Buffalos of today and tomorrow, but also the heroes of the past 125 years.

What a special opportunity to see my images, from Wembley to Den Bosuil, shine alongside a series of carefully selected club heroes, photographed within a fitting concept. And a unique opportunity to treat an entire archive as if it were my own, resulting in fresh, modern prints, free of scratches and dust. It’s wonderful to be part of this.

The nights were extremely short, twice over.
But they feel a lot lighter when you’re surrounded by talented friends.

Thank you to everyone who helped create the new book BUFFALO.
From the cover to the back flap, you can feel our camaraderie.

Glad to be part of this.
